This seminar will be held at Revolution Brewery’s Kedzie Avenue Tap Room. Revolution Brewing is Illinois largest independently owned brewery.
Learning objectives will include: understanding the brewery industry, market, and regulations along with the valuation considerations regarding the personal, real and business property of breweries. The seminar will feature a panel presentation, a private guided tour of a 90,000 SF industrial/manufacturing, special-use brewery building as well as a Q&A session.
