President's Message

11/06/13

November 6, 2013
Dear Colleagues,
Congratulations to our newest designated member, Nancy Myers, MAI !

Sharon Bagby, SRA – our 2014 Chapter President – has for many years been an ardent supporter of appraisers aspiring to designation, a strong proponent of our Chapter’s Scholarship Programs & an ambassador of our profession. I’ve personally known Sharon for her exemplary residential appraisal work, integrity, ability to listen and tireless but quietly performed service to our profession both through our Chapter & ICAP.  Sharon is also our Chapter’s very first woman president!

Please sign-up today for our Chapter Installation on Friday November 15, 2013 at the Union League Club.  This is our formal evening event of the year.  Our 2014 president, board of directors and region representatives will be installed. Several of our members – including three from central Illinois – will be honored.

Several very fine musicians, doubling as appraisers, will perform: Kevin Byrnes, MAI on piano; The Four Closures – Gary DeClark, MAI, Rob Landis, Ken Praser, MAI &Thad Landis - & guest soloist Cindy Fee.
