This years Chapter golf outing at Silver Lakes Country Club in Orland Park was a HUGE success. We had over 170 participants for golf and dinner combined. You couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to skip work and cart around the old golf course.

For the first time ever we had a shotgun start to the outing, which was well received by all of the golfers. 150 hotdogs and two kegs of beer later, we were ready for dinner. Members filled up on grilled strip steaks, chicken, potato's, brownies and more before the Three Musketeers (our golf committee - Ron Rose, Steve Zawaski and Jim Stratz), passed out awards, golf shirts, engraved Chicago Chapter wristwatches and raffle prizes, which included sports tickets, full sets of golf clubs and TJ's flashing balls.

The Chapter honored Gary DeClark as this year’s recipient for the F. Gregory Opelka Award.

The Chapter would like to thank the many members who contributed gifts and donations to help make this event the most successful we have seen in years.

Special thanks goes out to LA, Melissa, Ron, Steve and Jim for all of their hard work.
