At the Appraisal Institutes 2002 National Summer Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii the Chicago Chapter won the award for OUTSTANDING EDUCATION NETWORK PROVIDER. The Chicago Chapter offers more appraisal courses and seminars that any other chapter in the country. We credit our success in part to our location in the heartland of the country coupled with our state of the art classroom facility and the use of the best national instructors the Institute has to offer.

The Chicago Chapter also won THE RECRUITMENT AWARD in the area of membership development for recruiting more new members than any other Chapter.
