Course Cancellation Policy
The Chicago Chapter charges a $50 cancellation fee. You will be issued a call tag to return your materials. Your refund will be issued when your materials are received. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A fax is acceptable.

There are NO transfers, you must cancel out of the course.

The shipments for you materials begin 4 weeks before the offering start date.

THIS CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR CANCELLATION IN WRITING.

The Chicago Chapter reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.

Seminar Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Faxes are acceptable. There will be a $75 cancellation fee and you will be allowed to keep your materials, if you've received them. If you have not received your materials the cancellation fee is $50
