ASB releases Second 2004 USPAP Exposure Draft- Comments due by June 9, 2004.
Cook County Assessor James Houlihan has released information on the valuation of the top 100 Loop office buildings in the City of Chicago as determined by their respective market value. Assessor Houlihan has given our organization permission to establish a link to this information on the Cook County Assessor's site in an effort to provide valuable market information to our members.
The Appraisal Standards Board has issued their second exposure draft, with addendum, outlining its latest revisions to the 2004 edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
The ASB is accepting comments from appraisers, users of appraisal services, regulators, and the public through June 9, 2004.
