Appraisal career path flow chart based on new AQB licensing criteria
Special thanks to ICAP member Mark Layne for creating this great reference tool for the industry. This chart reflects how Illinois will implement the new AQB licensing requirements based on a FINAL DATE scenario. Majority of the States have opted to use a FINAL DATE scenario. Under the FINAL DATE scenario an appraiser/student MUST complete all current licensing requirements by December 31, 2007. After that date, all applications for a license/certification submitted to the State must completely meet the new AQB criteria.
